THE YELLOW KING & BALAMB WOLF

SETUP
1. Place each player in a random zone in any open space.
2. Place balamb wolf in a random zone facing any direction.
3. Pace 3 ickybods in random zones, each in an open space farthest from all players. 
4. Place jonah in a random zone in any open space.
5. Shuffle the event, attack and mind dive cards and place them on their boards.
6. Place the yellow king in Zone X (the other dimension).

ORDER OF OPERATIONS
1. Spawn 1 ickybod enemy.
2. Draw an event card.
3. shuffle and reveal the turn order cards.
4. At the beginning of a players turn, they must pick up or put down their mind token.
5. Players and enemies take their turn then flips their turn order card over.
6. At the end of the round, the yellow king performs Phasm Blow.

A video depicts the Yellow Kingin the other dimension. The king token can be used in it's place if you are unable to do this.

SPECIAL RULES
Balamb Wolf is a very agile enemy. When a player attacks Balamb Wolf, it performs a DODGE action, moving to a new zone and rotating 90 degrees clockwise.

MIND TOKENS

The players must flex their mental capabilities to survive. Each player gains a new Mind Token that they must use to perform various abilities. On a players turn, they MUST either put down or pickup. If your token is already put down in a space, you can only pick it up. If your token is on your player board, you may only put it down.

dimensional breach

DIMENSIONAL BREACH
There are 4 spaces on the map that depict a breach into the other dimension. The
players can use these to their advantage to gain the upper hand. While a player is
standing in a white space, they may use the special action on that space. Only a Ichor token from a players character can be placed in one of the empty spaces. Notice these spaces have a limit of how many times they can be used by all players per round, one time.

ickybod

ICKYBOD
Ickybod are a minion of The Yellow King. They are created from pure Ichor and can do nothing but what it is tasked. Ickybod are relentless in their attacks. Losing HP will inevitably get the players killed but when they are attacked they explode in a burst of Ichor that will splash on you, gaining one Ichor token. The Ickybod can be held at bay by placing an Ichor token in the RESIST BREACH, temporarily sealing off their point of access to you.

jonah

JONAH
Jonah's purpose here is shrouded in mystery. You are not sure what is going on but you can tell that she is attempting to resist what she is told to do by The Yellow King. Jonah tends to move about like a player and  also allows them to move through Jonah on their turn, which is a bit strange.

MIND DIVE CARDS
Mind Dive cards represent the inner working of Balamb Wolf's thoughts. When a player is able to draw a mind dive card, you peer into the wolfs memory which allows the players to learn hidden secrets, new lore and additional spaces to place your Mind Dive tokens. You may also be able to convince the wolf to teleport you or all players to Zone X, where you can attack The Yellow King.

EVENT CARDS, WEAK SPOTS & DRAWING MIND DIVE CARDS
There are no weak spots on Balamb Wolf's attack cards. Instead, they are presented on event cards. This subtle change ensures that all players have a chance to attack in a weak spot. When a player does this, the must also draw a MIND DIVE card.
